Hello TOW Families,
It’s here! TOW’s biggest fundraiser, the Jog-A-Thon, is today! Whether you are filling water cups, marking laps or joining in on the warm up, we hope to see you there! It’s tons of fun for the whole family.

TRAFFIC REMINDER
This is just a friendly reminder to drive carefully in and around the TOW campus. Be sure to avoid driving down old Top of The World Drive. We have had several parents driving excessively fast on that road. This is a private road without sidewalks that many parents and students walk on before and after school. To avoid any unfortunate mishaps, we ask that you turn left at the fire station instead of looping around. This is just too dangerous. I appreciate your assistance with this.
17th ANNUAL POETRY CONTEST
Throughout the month of April, Laguna Beach Library will be accepting submissions for their 17th annual poetry contest.
Categories cover each grade level from pre-school through high school. More info.
COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER (CLC)
CLC Orientation for the upcoming school year is April 1st at 9:45am in the courtyard. The history and philosophy of CLC will be discussed along with a tour of the classrooms. More info.
BYE-BYE BIRDIE
Bye-Bye Birdie on now! Don’t miss performances by four of our own TOW students: Katie Baker, Kai Jay Rose, Aubrey Kansriddle, and Jude Young. A variety of evening and matinee showings from March 20-29. Call 497-7769 and leave a message to purchase tickets.
BIKE RODEO
Join the LB Police Department for a Bike Rodeo on Sunday, March 22. Enjoy free hot dogs, a bike raffle and a BMX stunt show. Read more.

LOCA and LBHS Student Banner Collaboration Exhibited March 24-March 26
An exhibit of LBHS student-painted silk banners will run from March 24 through March 26 at [seven-degrees]. More info.
LBHS to Host Trophy Invitational Track and Field Meet on March 21
The LBHS Track and Field Program will be hosting the 46th Laguna Beach Trophy Invitational, taking place Saturday, March 21st. More info.

JOG-A-THON
Jog-A-Thon is today!
- It’s not too late to volunteer! We still need lap card markers, carnival helpers and water table helpers! Sign up now.
- Volunteers, don’t forget to check in at your assigned volunteer spot.
- Parents, we need two helpers from each class to help pass out popsicles following their run–stick around.
- Come hungry–there will be a Bake Sale for spectators (not runners)! TOW 5th Grade will be selling coffee/tea, bakery items, breakfast burritos, fruit, and yogurt parfaits.
